Web Designer/Programmer

Join our entrepreneurial and creative team. The designer/programmer will be working on creating custom designs in Photoshop or Fireworks, and converting them into validated XHTML for our customers.

The ideal candidate is innovative, creative, and has experience with the CSS and the technology behind modern web sites. A passion for development and providing the best experience to a wide and varied audience is important.

Responsibilities:

Work independently to create concept designs based on specifications or limited assets or limited direction
Convert designs to XHTML markup and ensure code correctness with validation
Ability to work on-site at our office in Eugene, OR.

Web Developer

We have an immediate need for a Web Developer, with database, design and development experience. You must have a very strong comfort level with PHP, mySQL, CSS and be able to code HTML without the use of a WYSIWYG.

The ideal candidate will be able to handle multiple projects with short timelines, as well as thrive in a small, entrepreneurial office setting. This is probably the first time you will ever see this in a job description, but job experience in these areas is desired, but not a requirement. If you are passionate about programming web-based database driven apps, but have not yet been able to prove yourself in a commercial environment, now is your chance!

Are you a student? That's OK, for the right candidate we would be willing to have this be a part time position until you graduate and work around your schedule. Please keep in mind that this is an entry level position with lots of room for professional growth. If you are looking for a lead programmer position, please do not apply.
